Get Prepared.
1 One rolling stick/ 2 One chopboard/ 3 A bag of all purpose flour (907g) For one person’s noodles, you need less than 1/4 of it.

1 Pour 1/4 of the flour into a large-size bowl.
2 Add three bottle-cap of water slowly into the flour.
3 Knead the dough.
Step 3
Dough making
1 If there is still too much flour detached from the dough, add some more water with care.
2 Knead the dough to mix the water and flour till it doesn’t stick to your hands.
3 If you add in too much water by chance, put in bits of flour to set off.
Step 4
Prepare vegetables
1 One piece of green onion
2 Five pieces of garlic
3 Three pieces of fresh chili (Add more if you’re really a chilli addict)
4 Some green Chinese cabbages (If you prefer other vegetable, replace it )

Wash vegetables clearly.
Step 6
Flatten the dough
1 Flatten the dough with the rolling stick as thin as you can.
2 If the dough quickly flatten out too big, say, out of your chopboard, cut it into two and continue to flatten them seperately.
3 During this process, whenever you find the dough so wet that becomes hard to lift it from the chopboard, spread some more flour to dry it.
Step 7
Fold the thin dough for three to four times to make it convenient for cutting.
Step 8
Cut the folded dough slice by slice.
Step 9
Boil Water
1 Pour in 1/4 small-size-pot of water
2 Boil it
3 While boiling, slice the green onion, garlic and chili.
Step 10
Boil the noodles
1 Put the noodles into the boiled water
2 Add in a little of cold water if the boiled water tends to flow over the brim.
Step 11
1 Fry the green onion, garlic and chilli together with one spoon of salt.
2 Pour it on the noodles.
3 Also put in one spoon of oyster sauce.
