I happened to find the Noodles with Fried Soy Bean Paste in the Taiwan restaurant. It’s said to be South-Taiwan special flavor, though tasted the same with the Beijing traditional Fried Soy Bean Paste noodles. The noodles are plain-looking but striking in triggering my nostalgia.
